    What if I miss a lesson?

    Life happens! Just give at least 24 hours’ notice and we’ll reschedule. No-shows or late cancellations (under 24 hours) are not refundable or credited.

    Can I upgrade my package later?

    Yes. You can upgrade at any time to a higher-tier package. Just let me know and we’ll adjust your schedule and payment.

    Are lessons in person or virtual?

    Both are available.
    • In-person lessons are held at New Bethel Community Church, 175 Englewood Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14223.
    • Virtual lessons are done through a private link sent 15 minutes before your scheduled time.

    Can I try just one lesson first?

    Yes. Your first lesson is a one-time $80 session. It’s designed to assess your voice and set goals. After that, you can choose the package that fits you best.

    How do I pay for lessons?

    You can pay by:

    • In person: Cash, Check, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Card

    Payment is due once your lesson is scheduled and a date and time have been confirmed.
